CONSENT:

  • UT1508 CIPP Sewer Rehab – set bid date
  • Approve and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Agreement with the University of Kansas for City participation in the construction cost of waterline improvements to provide the University of Kansas Power Plant with a new redundant waterline.
  • Approve the application for a sidewalk dining and hospitality license for Jazz, A Louisiana Kitchen, located at 1012 Massachusetts Street.
  • Authorize a RFQ for architectural design services for the remodel of Fire Station No. 1, located at 746 Kentucky Street.
  • Receive request and refer the following back to the Planning Commission for reconsideration:  annexation requests for property south of N. 1750 Road and east of E. 902 Road; revised K10 Farmers Turnpike Plan; and rezoning requests for the property included in the annexation requests.
