Following, is a summary of action items to be presented to the City Commission on Tuesday, March 24^th, 2015:

· Request for reimbursement of a portion of 2014 property taxes (Refund Spreadsheet)

· Consideration of previous budget request for $500,000 to support Peaslee Center renovations (Updated Request & Attachments)  

· Request for loan of up to $150,000 for Lawrence Workforce Center renovations

· Request for building permit and IRB application fee waivers

· Consideration of Industrial Revenue Bond application for renovation work
