RE:	Acknowledgment of dedications as shown on the Final Plat, PF-15-00343, for Deerfield Woods Subdivision No. 10, located at 3320 and 3370 Peterson Road.

Background

The Final Plat of Deerfield Woods No. 10, a three lot subdivision located on the northeast corner of Kasold Drive and Peterson Road, was administratively approved by the Planning Director on August 5, 2015. There were no conditions of approval.

A sanitary sewer service line is located within a private access easement. The owner recorded the easement by separate instrument and referenced the Book and Page on the plat. The Final Plat has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acknowledgement of dedications as shown on the plat. A copy of the Final Plat and Administrative Determination are attached.
