RE:	Hillcrest Elementary Dedication of Pedestrian Easement

With the renovation of Hillcrest Elementary, a site plan was submitted which includes adding angled parking along Hilltop Drive.  The site plan also proposes to add a sidewalk on the west side of Hilltop Drive on the school property.  A condition of approving the site plan is to dedicate a pedestrian easement along Hilltop Drive for the new sidewalk and additionally, a pedestrian easement is being dedicated for the existing sidewalk along Harvard Road.

Action Requested

Approve the dedication of pedestrian easement along Hilltop Drive and Harvard Road adjacent to Hillcrest Elementary.
