RE:	Dedication of easements associated with the Solid Waste Facility Addition Minor Subdivision, MS-14-00472, a one-lot Minor Subdivision Replat of Lots 1 and 2, Penske Addition. The property contains approximately 11 acres and is located at 2201 and 2300 Kresge Road.

Background

The Minor Subdivision for the Public Works Facility Addition was administratively approved by the Planning Director on November 25, 2014 subject to the following conditions of approval:

1. The Minor Subdivision shall be revised with the following changes:

a. Revise the Floodplain Note to reference both the 2010 FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map and the 2014 Preliminary FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map.

b. Add the following note:  “A 5 ft wide sidewalk will be installed along Kresge Road with the development of the property.”

A revised minor subdivision which addressed the conditions of approval was provided to the Planning Office on December 11, 2014.

The Minor Subdivision has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedication of easements as shown on the plat. A copy of the Minor Subdivision and Administrative Determination are attached.

Action

Accept the dedication of easements as shown on the Minor Subdivision, MS-14-00472, for the Solid Waste Facility Addition.
