November building permits

The Building Safety Division issued 174 building permits in November with total construction for the month valued at $10,015,240. Total permit fees assessed for the month were $74,549.  Staff issued 15 permits for new residential construction in November, all for single family dwellings.  This compares to three permits issued for new residential construction in November last year, also all for single-family dwellings.  Permit statistics are also included for July, August, September, and October.  Please see the attached memo for more information.
