Vacation of Right-of-Way 2104 Bob Billings Parkway (Immanuel Lutheran Church & University Student Center) |
On October 23, 2012 the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the vacation of right-of-way at 2104 Bob Billings Parkway. The proposed vacation is part of a right-of-way exchange needed for the Iowa reconstruction project; the right-of-way being vacated is currently being used by the church for an access drive.
All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified. No objections were received.
Action Requested: Hold public hearing and, pending discussion, approve order of vacation.
