RE:	Acceptance of easements and rights-of-way for redevelopment of the site related to PF-12-00152, Lawrence Recycle Center

Please place the following item on the City Commission consent agenda for consideration at their October 16, 2012 meeting: Acceptance of dedication of easements and rights-of-way  for a Final Plat, PF-12-00152, for Lawrence Recycle Center at located at 1783 N 1450 Road also known as 1545 N. 3^rd Street. Submitted by Landplan Engineering, for Advantage Metals Recycling LLC, property owner of record.

Project Background

This property is located on the west side of N. 3^rd Street and the south side of N 1800 Road. The approval of this Minor Subdivision will facilitate the redevelopment of site for a salvage and recycling operation. This plat is for a one-lot industrial subdivision.

This project includes the dedication of additional right-of-way along N. 3^rd Street and interior utility easements.

Easements and rights-of-way are proposed to be dedicated with this replat and shall first be placed on the City Commission agenda for approval prior to administrative approval of this Final Plat. A copy of the Final Plat drawing and Administrative Determination are attached.

City Commission acceptance of the dedication of utility easements and rights-of-way as shown on this Final Plat.
