Background
The Freestate Dental Addition Final Plat was administratively approved on May 18, 2016. Utility easements are being provided along the north, west, and east boundaries of the property. The Final Plat has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acknowledgement of dedications as shown on the plat. A copy of the Final Plat and Administrative Determination are attached.
Action
Accept the dedications of utility easements as shown on the Final Plat, PF-16-00190, Freestate Dental Addition.
