ORDINANCE NO. 9165

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2015 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THEHETO, RELATING TO STOP SIGNS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:    From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, traffic on the 23^rd Street Frontage Road is hereby required to come to a complete stop at the Access Point West of O’Connell Road.

SECTION II:  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of Stop Signs I.
