Acceptance of Easements and Rights-of-Way for the  Final Plat of  Kellyn Addition located at the northwest corner of Queens Road and Overland Drive (PF-14-00143)

 

Background

The Final Plat of Kellyn Addition, an 86 lot residential subdivision located at the northwest corner of Queens Road and Overland Drive,  was administratively approved by the Planning Director on October 9, 2014, subject to the following condition of approval:

 

1.    Execution of an agreement with the property owner of the The Links (the development directly north of Kellyn Addition) with regard to stormwater runoff quantity.

 

The City Commission considered the Final Plat and accepted the easements and rights-of-way on October 21, 2014. Since that approval, the plan to coordinate stormwater runoff with the development to the north has changed requiring the developer of Kellyn Addition to accommodate required detention on site. This Final Plat reflects the changes in easement and right-of-way to accommodate that requirement.

 

This Final Plat has been placed on the City Commission agenda for acceptance of easements and rights-of-way within/adjacent to the subdivision as part of the Final Plat approval.

 

Action

Acceptance of Easements and Rights-of-way of the Final Plat in preparation of final recording.
