Want to paint a room in your home? Need household cleaning products? Come shop our shelves and save!

Household products brought to us through the Household Hazardous Waste Program that are in good, usable conditions are put on our Product ReUse shelves. These items are FREE of charge! Call the Waste Reduction and Recycling Division at (785) 832-3030 to schedule an appointment to come shop at our Product ReUse Facility. We might just have what you are looking for.

Products are available with the understanding that the products:

  • Will be used in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions.
  • Will be disposed of properly.
  • Will not be used for resale or commercial use.
  • Will be the sole responsibility of the recipient to substantiate the quality, expiration date, and fitness for use.
The purpose of the Product ReUse Program is to use up products as intended in order to promote the reduction of household hazardous waste entering the local landfills and to reduce the disposal fees of hazardous waste.
