ORDINANCE NO. 8035

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2001 ADDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RELATING TO KU SPEED LIMITS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I: From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, the Speed Limit on Crestline Drive between Clinton Parkway and Becker Drive shall be 20 MPH.

SECTION II. The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of KU Speed Limits, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
