Our
right-of-way department has been working on this and I received a call from
them yesterday that they would have the release sent to me by the end of this
week for my signature. Once I have executed the document, it will go
back to them for filing and getting out to the parties involved. In
essence, the formal process should be completed by the end of next week.
Our corporate counsel has reviewed, so there will be no further hurdles in the
execution of this easement release. In the interim, I hope this
e-mail will suffice as an indication that the release will indeed be completed.
