RE:	Lawrence Douglas County Bioscience Authority, Inc.

The final version of the bylaws of the Lawrence-Douglas County Bioscience Authority, Inc. (incorporation papers signed today), includes a "designee of the City Commission of Lawrence" as a member rather than the mayor.  I would like a resolution appointing myself as the city designee to the LDCBA on the next agenda. I think we can put this on consent unless you think it would be more appropriate to make it a regular agenda item. The city manager will be a non-voting ex officio member.
