Basis of Charge - Multiple living unit customers served by a single meter shall be charged a multiple rate according to the number of units, i.e., total usage will be divided by the number of units to determine the charge per unit then multiplied by the total number of units to determine the total charges.

Basis of Charge - Residential sewer customers shall be charged a winter-quarter average during the months of March through February. This amount is based on actual water use during the months of the previous December, January and February. All non-residential customers shall be charged based on monthly water use. The City will consider applications, fully supported, for adjustments due to non-sewered water use.
