- The Utility Billing Online Account Inquiry is not available between 3:00 a.m. and 4:15 a.m., CST.
- Check your email for the email address verification. You must go back to your e-mail address verification and follow the link in the message.
- Make sure the account number has been entered exactly as shown on the utility bill statement, including the dash. (123456-789012).
- Both the temporary PIN and the PIN that you created must be entered correctly. The PIN must be between three and 10 characters. Use the "Forgot PIN" button to get your PIN number.
