Completed Tasks through February 2007

• Proposed corridor and site flown for aerial survey.
• Met with staff and property acquisition team to select proposed pipeline corridor.
• Disinfection, odor control, hydraulic analysis, and benefits memorandums forwarded to staff for review.
• Preliminary treatment, odor control, and disinfection preliminary results were discussed with the staff.
• Completing draft Basis of Design Report, pending completion of sampling program for Volatile Fatty Acids (VFA).
• Continue dialog with Kansas Department Health and Environment regarding review of the Siting Study.  Prepared draft Wakarusa River modeling report.
• Supported City in acquisition of property.
• Worked on annexation and zoning request for WRF site.

Tasks for March 2007

• Determine proposed pumping station (PS-50) location south of the Wakarusa. Update strip maps of possible piping corridor to the Wakarusa WRF utilizing data from the aerial survey. 
• Commence discussions with property owners along proposed corridor route and pumping station location.
• Submit Draft Basis of Design Report to staff for review following availability of VFA sampling data.
• Begin development of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams.
• Finalize Siting Study based on Comments received from City Commission, City Staff, and KDHE.  Re-Submit Siting Study to Owner as required.
• Continue to support City in acquisition of property.
• Submit planning submittal for annexation of Wakarusa WRF Site.
• Meet with City and KDHE to discuss results of Wakarusa River modeling report.
