Development Codes

Lawrence Douglas County Planning Office updates development code:

Starting July 1, 2006, proposed developments began following a new zoning code. The 40-year old code that indicates the types of activities that can occur in locations and the physical layout of the property was updated when the City Commission adopted the new development code.
