Online Inspection Requests and Results

Building inspections may be requested online 24-hours a day, 7 days a week using the Check Your Building Permit feature. You will need your permit number and PIN to utilize this feature. Your PIN is located in the upper left hand side of your building permit. To maintain security your PIN is not printed on the yellow permit card posted at the job site.

Online Inspection Scheduling

To schedule an inspection click Check Your Building Permit and follow the prompts:

1. Select the “Schedule Inspection” option
2. Enter the Application Number (same as Building Permit Number)
3. Click on “schedule an inspection,” or “cancel an inspection”
4. Select the permit in the table with the amber header row
5. Enter the PIN (found on the building permit)
6. Select inspection type

Online Inspection Results

Inspection results are also available using the Check Your Building Permit feature:

1. Click on “Select Permit”
2. Enter Application Number (same as Building Permit Number)
3. Click on “Inspection Status”
4. Select the permit in the table with the amber header row
5. Click on the desired inspection
