Special Use Permit

If you are planning a large event in a park or recreation facility, you may need fill out a Special Use Permit.

To access the form go to Special Use Permit.

The permit will open in a new window. You'll need to save the page. Once you have it saved. Open it up in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You will be able fill out the form by typing your information. Next, save the file as a "Save as" file. If saved correctly, the form should be saved with the data your entered.
