Landplan Engineering, PA
Landplan Engineering, P.A., is a regionally recognized design firm providing civil engineering, landscape architecture and survey related consulting services. From the firm’s origin in 1970 as a division of a local architectural/engineering firm, Landplan was incorporated in the state of Kansas as a separate company in 1979.

In 1991, Landplan Engineering established an office in Kansas City, Mo., to better serve metro area clients. Over the past 26 years, Landplan has earned a reputation for design and planning excellence, compiling an extensive portfolio of projects completed on time and within budget.

The firm’s staff of planners, civil engineers and landscape architects strives to reach imaginative and creative solutions to complex problems by providing quality planning and design services combined with effective project management.

In 2003, Landplan Engineering was retained by the City of Lawrence to develop the final design of Sesquicentennial Point. On a south-facing hillside overlooking Clinton Lake and the Wakarusa Valley, this legacy project of the Lawrence Sesquicentennial Commission will unite the four elements — earth, wind, fire and water — in a celebration of the Lawrence Sesquicentennial and appreciation of the natural environmental resources of the native landscape.
