Strategic Plan

A strategic plan is a culmination of planning sessions that included the development of strategic goals. Members of the department management team representing all divisions of the department developed these goals.

A strategic plan addresses the direction of Lawrence-Douglas County Fire Medical in upcoming years as it works toward achieving accreditation from the Commission on Fire Accreditation International. A strategic plan attempts to focus on issues that are of the highest priority in a time of fiscal constraint.
