In general the following information is usually requested at the time applications are being accepted. Potential applicants are encouraged to begin collecting the information below prior to open application period.
- Employment Application - completed in full with all relevant details
- Resume with introductory cover letter
- Copy of current, valid motor operators vehicle license(s)
- A current, valid Kansas EMT and/or Kansas Paramedic Certificates, and/or National Registry and Kansas Eligible.
- High School, College and/or Graduate School Diplomas / Certificates / Transcripts
- Signed and notarized background investigation authorization
- Any other relevant professional or training certifications
- A current, valid Candidate Physical Abilities Testing (CPAT) certificate at time of application closure. (Valid 1 year from date of issue only.)
