Jeremy Farmer, Mayor
Our community is a great place...not because of our buildings, our government or our programs, but because of you, its people. We have a unique opportunity this year to have meaningful conversation and dialogue about the things which matter the most to you. There will be ample opportunity for you to communicate your thoughts and challenges. Equally, there will be opportunity for you to communicate those moments which make you appreciative to live in a community like Lawrence. We have many things that we should be proud of. Our community is prospering, and you can sense the buzz as you drive around town that Lawrence is truly the best place to live, work and play. We have a lot of work to do, but I'm convinced the best is yet to come. Please plan on attending City Commission meetings, interacting with us on social media, or sending us an email or giving us a phone call. We are committed to being open, transparent and authentic with each of you. Your voice matters.
