Assistant City Manager Diane Stoddard oversees planning and operations of all city services and coordinating delivery of city services and activities among city departments.

Stoddard reports to City Manager David Corliss while working to implement city policies, goals and working with other agencies.

Stoddard is the former deputy city manager with the City of Manhattan, KS. She worked for Manhattan since 1996 and filled the positions of assistant city manager and assistant to the city manager.

She previously worked for the City of Ottawa. She holds a masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Kansas and also from KU, a degree in Political Science. Diane is a Lawrence native.
