b) Award bid for Project 66-SS20-1002(BD), Oread Center, Sanitary Sewer Improvements, to Clisso Company, Inc. in the amount of $96,251.00.

 

6. Adopt on second and final reading the following ordinances:

 

a) Ordinance No. 7633, annexing approximately 1.819 acres generally located at 1588 N. 1400 Road (Everly Roofing - 220 E. 23rd Street).

 

b) Ordinance No. 7639, rezoning [Z-01-07-03] approximately 11.726 acres from RS-2 (Single-Family) District to PRD-1 (Planned Residential) District, property located on the northeast corner of 19th Street and Delaware Street.  Authorized by the City Commission on April 15, 2003. 

 

7. Deny the request to remove parking along both sides of 9th Street between Delaware Street and Holiday Drive as unanimously recommended by the Traffic Safety Commission.

 

8. Approve the reconstruction of the intersection of 15th Street and Goldleaf Place to permit right turns only into the neighborhood.  Temporary closure of exit onto 15th Street will be placed at this time pending funding of permanent construction.

 

9. Authorize the Mayor to sign a Release of Mortgage for Jacquelin Morris, 2115 Tennessee Street.
