Background
The Dream Haven II Final Plat was administratively approved on September 25, 2015 subject to conditions of approval. The plat was then placed on the City Commission’s October 6th agenda for acceptance of dedications of easements.
Project Description
No additional right-of-way is being dedicated with this plat. Utility easements are being provided to facilitate the extension of services to the individual lots. A shared access easement is provided for a shared drive from Durham Court to accommodate two residential lots. A drainage easement is proposed on the east side of the property for stormwater management
Action
Accept the dedications of easements, if appropriate.
