RE:	Acknowledgment of dedications as shown on the Final Plat, PF-15-00279, for Westwood Hills, 8^th Plat, located north of 6^th Street between Queens Road and  Folks Road.

Background

The Final Plat of Westwood Hills, 8^th Plat, a twenty lot subdivision located north of 6^th St. between Queens Road and Folks Road, was administratively approved by the Planning Director on September 14, 2015 with no conditions.

The property is zoned RS10 (Single-Dwelling Residential) District. A Preliminary Plat (PP-08-31-00) was approved by the Planning Commission in November 2000.  The final plat conforms to the approved Preliminary Plat.

The Final Plat contains the same dedications as the Preliminary Plat with the addition of several additional utility easements in conformance with the approved Public Improvement Plans.  

Other Action Required

In addition to an approval of guarantee of infrastructure improvements and prior to the recording of the Final Plat at the Douglas County Register of Deeds, an acknowledgement of dedication of easements needs to be heard and accepted by the City Commission.
