AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, RENAMING A PORTION OF OLD HASKELL AVENUE TO HASKELL LANE WITHIN THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, DOUGLAS COUNTY, KANSAS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  CHANGE OF STREET NAME.  From and after the effective date of this ordinance, that portion of old Haskell Avenue between 29^th Street and Horizon Drive, shall be called and hereafter referred to as Haskell Lane, in the City of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas.

SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
