RE:	Set bid date of September 22, 2015 for the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program at 1014 Lawrence Ave.

Project Description:

1014 Lawrence Ave:  Exterior: Replace roofing, gutters, downspouts and seal exterior foundation with soil berm to route water away from foundation.  Interior: Replace kitchen base cabinets, countertop, sink with faucet, countertop GFCI protection, subfloor repair and vinyl flooring.  Install rigid dryer vent, upgrade electrical panel and repair handrail in basement.  Replace one bedroom door and make trim repairs on others.  Install new tub wall surround & bathtub faucet, exhaust fan and light fixture in bathroom.

Project Funding:

CDBG funds in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Loan Program.

Recommendation Action:

Set bid date of September 22, 2015 for #B1547 and the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program at 1014 Lawrence Ave.
