Vacation of Drainage Easement, 109 Fall Ridge Lane, Jason Todd Construction, LLC

 

Background

On August 11, 2015 the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the vacation of a drainage easement; described as:

 

The east 15.00 feet of the 30.00 foot drainage easement on Lot 2, a Replat of Lots 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block One, Fall Creek Farms, 10th Plat, a Subdivision in the City of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas (aka 109 Fall Ridge Lane). 

 

The owner of the property is Jason Todd Construction, LLC.  The proposed vacation states that the drainage easement was platted excessively large and they wish to make use of the requested area of property.    

 

All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified.  No objections were received

 

Action Request

Hold public hearing and pending discussion, approve order of vacation for the east 15’ of the 30’ drainage easement at 109 Fall Ridge Lane, as requested by property owner Jason Todd Construction, LLC.
