AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, RENAMING CANDY LANE TO LAKESIDE LANE WITHIN THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, DOUGLAS COUNTY, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION 1. CHANGE OF STREET NAME. From and after the effective date of this ordinance, Candy Lane (located generally north of Clinton Parkway and west and south of Lake Pointe Drive) shall be called and hereafter referred to as Lakeside Lane, in the City of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
