ORDINANCE NO. 9117

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE,

KANSAS, 2015 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RELATING TO NO PARKING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited along the north side of 24^th Place between Inverness Drive and Jacob Avenue, along the south side of 25^th Place between Inverness Drive and Jacob Avenue, and along the west side of Jacob Avenue between 24^th Place and 25^th Place.

SECTION II. The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of No Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
