RE:	Project PW 1522 - Cedarwood Parking Lot Improvements - set bid date of May 19, 2015

Background

Tenants To Homeowners is developing 14 affordable-rate, senior living townhomes in the summer and fall of 2015, adjacent to the United Way property.  As part of this development, the United Way submitted a site plan to add additional parking to an existing parking lot.

Project Description

The project includes minor grading with a small dentition pond, additional parking, pavement marking, and curb and gutter.  The project will begin in July, 2015 and will be completed in the fall of 2015.

Project Funding

This project will be funded with CDBG funds pending commission approval on May 5, 2015.

Action Request

Set a bid date of May 19, 2015 for PW1522, Cedarwood Parking Lot Improvements.
