RE:	Vacation of and acceptance of dedication of easements associated with Hutton Farms West No. 2. Minor Subdivision, MS-15-00089, Hutton Farms West No. 2, a minor subdivision/replat of all Lot 1, Tracts A, B and C, Hutton Farms West No. 2 in the city of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas.

Background

The Minor Subdivision for Hutton Farms West No. 2 is a replat in association with the approved Final Development Plan approved on March 23, 2015 with the following condition;

a. Approval and recording of a Minor Subdivision prior to the recording of the Final Development Plan.

A minor subdivision which addressed the changes to the Final Development Plan was provided to the Planning Office in March, 2015.  This Minor Subdivision is vacating existing easements and dedicating utility easements as submitted and approved on the Final Development Plan for Hutton Farms West No. 2.

The Minor Subdivision has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for vacation and acceptance of dedication of easements as shown on the plat and as approved on the Final Development Plan. A copy of the Minor Subdivision and Administrative Determination are attached.

Action

Approve the vacation of existing easements and accept the dedication of new and revised easements as shown on the Minor Subdivision, MS-15-00089, Hutton Farms West No. 2.
