RE:	2014 Annual Report: Economic Development Support & Compliance

Staff has completed the 2014 Annual Report: Economic Development Support & Compliance, which was received by the City Commission on March 24, 2015 and reviewed by the Public Incentives Review Committee (PIRC) at their April 29, 2015 meeting.  The City Commission will formally vote to accept the report at their May 5, 2015 meeting.

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends the City Commission accept the 2014 Annual Report: Economic Development Support & Compliance.

PIRC Recommendation

PIRC reviewed the 2014 Annual Report: Economic Development Support & Compliance at their April 29, 2015 meeting and voted to unanimously to recommend the City Commission accept the report.  Draft 04-29-15 PIRC meeting minutes are attached

Requested Action

City Commission to receive the Public Incentives Review Committee recommendation for the 2014 Annual Report: Economic Development Support & Compliance and accept the report, if appropriate.
