I look forward to having my house at 947 Louisiana Street placed on the Lawrence Register of Historic Places. It is already listed on the state and national register. I will not be able to attend the meeting due to a previously scheduled neighborhood meeting.

Each historic house that is listed helps to maintain them into the future and to stabilize the surrounding neighborhood.  I am proud that my home was the first one purchased by the Lawrence Preservation Alliance and affectionately called the “Louisiana Purchase”.
