ORDINANCE NO. 9098

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2014 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RELATING TO NO PARKING ON A PORTION OF OHIO STREET

          BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:    From and after the effective date of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, Resident Parking Only is hereby established along the west side of Ohio Street, from 100 feet south of 11^th Street, south 44 feet.

SECTION II:  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of No Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.

SECTION III: The Director of Public Works is hereby directed to establish regulations to issue a city permit in accordance with this ordinance. The City may charge a reasonable fee for the permit.
