Sidewalk Dining & Hospitality License Courtesy Notification:

In April, Planning and Development Services will complete its semi-annual inspection of downtown sidewalk dining and hospitality establishments.  In order for establishments to have the necessary information to plan effectively and understand all compliance measures before, during, and after the inspection process, staff has mailed a courtesy letter to all license holders on file with the City Clerk’s office advising them of the inspection and its components.  Inspections are required per Ordinance No. 8831 to ensure the protection of health, safety and welfare of sidewalk dining patrons.
