AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2014, RELATING TO LOADING ZONES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION 1: From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, a 15 minute Loading is hereby established along the west side of Rhode Island Street, from 60 feet south of 9^th Street, south 50 feet.

SECTION II. The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of Loading Zones, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section 1.
