RE:

Sale of surplus equipment on GovDeals.

 

The following equipment meets or exceeds the criteria for replacement or is no longer useful to the City. We request City Commission approval to sell the surplus equipment on GovDeals as we have done in the past.

 

UTILITIES

All lots are considered scrap.

Lot 1 – Scrap metal, meters and copper from various jobs throughout 2014.

Lot 2 – Ten pump rotor shafts (appear to be stainless steel.)

Lot 3 – Twenty-four 225 gallon poly plastic tanks with wire cages that once contained polymer for plant process.

Lot 4 – Plastic tote of scrap wire and cable.  The tote is included.

Lot 5 – Four electric transformers.

Lot 6 – Labconco vent hood.

Lot 7 – Seven electric transformers.

Lot 8 - Plastic tote of scrap wire and cable.  The tote is included.

Lot 9 - Plastic tote of scrap wire and cable.  The tote is included.

Lot 10 - Plastic tote of scrap wire and cable.  The tote is included.

Lot 11 – Pile of scrap ductile iron pipe/metal.

Lot 12 – Metal plate 4ft x 5 ft x ½” thick.  Metal slide gate 8ft x 14ft.

Lot 14 – Nice metal i-beams 10”, various lengths up to 40ft.

Lot 15 – Auger boring bits.

 

Recommendation Action: 

Approve sale of surplus equipment on GovDeals.
