Call meeting to order.
Dillon called the meeting to order at 4:10 p.m.
Introductions.
The Board Members introduced themselves.
Approve the August 22, 2012 minutes.
Burd made a motion to approve the minutes. Hoag second the motion, the motion passed 3-0.
Review 2012 codes.
The Board examined the 2012 International Residential Code and the relative City Ordinance of Chapter V, Article 3. The existing amendments were kept and applied where applicable.
The Board reviewed Chapter 11 of the 2012 IRC, specifically Section 1103.4 pertaining to hot water lines. The Board discussed the additional use and cost of material and determined it did not produce enough of a benefit to be a mandatory. Dillon made a motion to delete Section 1103.4. Burd second the motion, the motion past 3-0.
With the review process concluded Board moved on to the next agenda item.
Adjourn
With no other business Burd made a motion to adjourn. Dillon second the motion, the motion passed 3-0.
Dillon adjourned the meeting at 5:00 p.m.
