RE:	Parking Space Utilization Report

The Parking Division Manager compiled a report on parking space utilization near the 700 and 800 blocks of Vermont Street in the vicinity of the Eldridge hotel. Utilization was recorded for three locations: the Vermont Street parking garage, City Lot 12 and City Lot 14. Lot 12 is located on the Southeast corner of 7^th Street and Vermont. Lot 14 is located across from Douglas County Senior Center at 8^th Street and Vermont.

The report is based on parking counts for four weekdays in September 2014 (5^th, 8^th, 9^th, and 11^th) and Tuesday, February 10, 2015. Parking counts were recorded for the morning, afternoon and evening.
