RE:	Dedication of access easements associated with 2727 Iowa St. Minor Subdivision, MS-14-00487, 27 Iowa Addition, a minor subdivision/replat of Lot 1, Skie Subdivision, 3^rd replat of Part of Lot 2, Auto Plaza Subdivision.

Background

The Minor Subdivision for 27 Iowa Addition is creating an additional lot and was administratively approved by the Planning Director on January 14, 2015 subject to the following condition of approval:

1. The Minor Subdivision shall be revised with the following changes:

a. Dedication of access easements as shown on the attached plat to provide shared internal circulation within the parking lot.

b. Addition of note regarding FEMA map designation of food hazard area.

A revised minor subdivision which addressed the conditions of approval was provided to the Planning Office on January, 2014.

The Minor Subdivision has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedication of easement as shown on the plat. A copy of the Minor Subdivision and Administrative Determination are attached.

Action

Accept the dedication of easement as shown on the Minor Subdivision, MS-14-00487, 27 Iowa Addition.
