RE:	Dedication of easements and rights-of-way associated with PF-14-00373, Final Plat of Americare Addition No. 1; a 2 lot subdivision located at 3901 Peterson Road.

Background

The Final Plat for Americare Addition No. 1 was administratively approved by the Planning Director on January 6, 2015. As the plat includes the dedication of easements and rights-of-way it has been placed on the City Commission agenda for acceptance of dedications.

Action Requested

Accept dedication of easements and right-of-way as shown on the plat.
