RE:	SP-14-00470; Site plan for the Household Hazardous Waste and Solid Waste Facility located on 11 acres at 2201 and 2300 Kresge Road.

Background

The site plan for the City Solid Waste and Household Hazardous Waste Facilities was administratively approved by the Planning Director on December 22, 2014. The City Manager requested that the site plan be placed on the City Commission agenda for consideration with the Minor Subdivision.

The site plan sheets and the Administrative Determination report are attached with this memo.

Action

If appropriate, approve site plan subject to the conditions listed in the Administrative Determination.
