RE:	Acceptance of Easements and Rights-of-Way for the  Final Plat of  Schwegler Addition located at the 2201 Ousdahl Road (PF-14-0442)

Background

The Final Plat of Schwegler Addition, a one lot subdivision located at 2201 Ousdahl Road, was administratively approved by the Planning Director on December 15, 2014. There were no conditions of approval.

This Final Plat has been placed on the City Commission agenda for acceptance of easements and rights-of-way within/adjacent to the subdivision as part of the Final Plat approval.

Action

Acceptance of Easements and Rights-of-way of the Final Plat in preparation of final recording.
