RE:	Dedication of easement associated with 1029 Oak Tree Dr, Minor Subdivision, MS-14-00484, Oak Tree Addition, a minor subdivision/replat of lots 11 and 12, Block one, Pioneer Ridge West No. 8.

Background

The Minor Subdivision for 1029 Oak Tree Dr. is adjusting a lot line between 2 lots was administratively approved by the Planning Director on December 30, 2014 subject to the following condition of approval:

1. The Minor Subdivision shall be revised with the following changes:

a. Dedication of drainage easement along the southwest and south property lines of the new lots to correspond to the existing riparian area as well as the existing adjacent drainage easements.

A revised minor subdivision which addressed the condition of approval was provided to the Planning Office on December 10, 2014.

The Minor Subdivision has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedication of easement as shown on the plat. A copy of the Minor Subdivision and Administrative Determination are attached.

Action

Accept the dedication of easement as shown on the Minor Subdivision, MS-14-00484, 1029 Oak Tree Dr.
