RE:	Acceptance of Easements for Final Plat of the Lawrence College Career Center & the Dwayne Peaslee Technical Training Center, (PF-14-00190)

Background

The Final Plat of the Lawrence College Career Center & the Dwayne Peaslee Technical Training Center was administratively approved by the Planning Director on November 25, 2014. There were no conditions of approval. This Final Plat has been placed on the City Commission agenda for acceptance of utility easements as depicted on the Final Plat.  The Administrative Determination and a copy of the Final Plat are provided for informational purposes.

Action

Accept dedication of utility easements as shown on the Final Plat of the Lawrence College Career Center & the Dwayne Peaslee Technical Training Center.
